On computation of zeros of cylindrical functions and their derivatives. (Russian) Zbl 0601.65030
In order to compute the zeros of cylindrical functions A ν or their derivatives A ν ' , the authors use recursive formulas to reduce the problem to equations concerning M ν (z)=A ν (z)/A ν-1 (z)· Since M ν (z) satisfies a Riccati-type ordinary differential equation, they compute successfully the zeros of A ν or A ν ' by numerical solution of an ordinary differential equation of the first order. They give several zeros of J 1 (z).
