The concept of practical stability has been extended for the large-scale stochastic systems with random initial conditions. The concept of vector Lyapunov-like functions coupled with the decomposition-aggregation techniques and a comparison theorem [G. S. Ladde

)] are utilized, and sufficient conditions are established for various types of practical stability criteria in the
-th mean and in the probability of the equilibrium state of the system under the stochastic structural perturbations.
