The paper presents the modelling of tracing tests in column experiments. Column experiments are important for the correct set up of 3D model parameters. The simulation is done using the program Transport which includes some innovations in comparison with conventional models. The changes in the column experiment model improve the understanding of reactive transport processes. The one-dimensional advection-diffusion model is based on the finite volume method.
