Circuit Theory Appl. 29, No. 2, 185-196 (2001). Here, bidirectional associative memory neural networks with fixed time delays or distributed time delays are studied. New conditions ensuring existence, uniqueness and global asymptotic stability for such networks are proved. These conditions are applicable for a large class of bidirectional associative memory neural networks with delays.
