Summary: An embedding characterization of \(\theta\)-regularity using the Wallman-type compactification is given. The productivity of \(\theta\)-regularity and a slight generalization of Nagami’s product theorem to non-Hausdorff paracompact \(\Sigma\)-spaces are obtained as a corollary.
