The authors investigate the construction of the multivariate Padé approximants for some hypergeometric functions of two variables: Appell functions, Gauss functions \(_2F_1(a,b;c,z), \dots\). The difference between the two types of multivariate Padé approximants is analysed. The normality of the table of homogeneous multivariate Padé approximants is also examinated.
