The authors study lacunary statistical convergence of sequences. This notion is different from that of statistical convergence. The main purpose of the present paper is to introduce the concept of a lacunary statistical cluster point in a finite-dimensional Banach space. There are proved some interesting properties of the set of these points, by using a method suggested by S. Pehlivan and M. A. Mamedov [Optimization 48, No. 1, 93–106 (2000; Zbl 0963.40002)].
