Fisher, Brian; Nicholas, Joel D. The exponential integral and the convolution. (English) Zbl 0895.33001 SUT J. Math. 33, No. 2, 139-148 (1997). Summary: The exponential integral \(ei(\lambda x)\) and its associated functions \(ei_+ (\lambda x)\) and \(ei_- (\lambda x)\) are defined as locally summable functions on the real line and their derivatives are found as distributions. Some convolution products of these distributions and other distributions are then found.
