Tarasa Shevchenka 1999, No. 3, 274-280 (1999). Summary: A control system with a delay type deviating argument is considered. The coefficients of the system matrix lie within certain fixed intervals. Sufficient conditions for robust stability are proposed for the zero solution of the delay system. The second Lyapunov method is applied in the research.
