Summary: This paper investigates a special class of digraphs, namely the signed digraphs. A simple dynamic model, the pulse process model which gives a specific rule for change of value of the variables on a signed digraph is introduced. Also introduced in this paper is the notion of stability of signed digraphs in a pulse process which gives the criteria for a system to be stable without external pressures. The results are then applied to specific energy demand signed digraphs.
