On periodic solutions of autonomous difference equations. (English) Zbl 0985.39010

Using the method of periodic successive approximations [cf. M. Ronto and A. M. Samoilenko, Numerical-analytic methods in the theory of boundary-value problems. Singapore: World Scientific (2000; Zbl 0957.65074)] adopted for the study of periodic difference equations in Banach spaces, the authors obtain lower bounds for the periods of non-constant periodic solutions of autonomous difference equations in Banach space with nonlinear terms satisfying a kind of Lipschitz condition.
