Summary: From the consideration of the form of system, the function requirements, and the technical level, and aiming at the steel enterprise information construction and consulting the popular enterprise MIS, this paper presents the economic forecasting model based on the wavelet neural networks to get a new design of the steel enterprise MIS. It involves both function design and database design. The simulation result shows that this model is suitable for the practice, and can satisfy the demand of informational construction, and so can be used broadly.
