Summary: The asymptotic behavior of solutions of Hopfield neural network models with delays is investigated. Without assuming the M-matrix condition, it is shown that every solution of such neural network tends to an equilibrium point as \(t\to \infty\). The results improve and extend some corresponding ones already known.
