Pract. Theory 47, No. 15, 302-306 (2017). Summary: The nonstandard finite difference scheme is employed to study a class of SEI model of infectious disease with immigration. By constructing discrete Lyapunov function, the unique positive equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable, which is consistent with the corresponding dynamical behaviors of continuous model.
