The textbook is divided into six chapters. The first two chapters treat the differential calculus and the third and fifth chapter the integral calculus of functions of one and several real variables and applications in geometry and physics, respectively. The fourth chapter deals with number and functional series. The last one contains a treatment of trigonometrical series, convergence of Fourier series and Fourier transforms.
In this textbook of classical analysis almost all main assertions are proved. The explanation of the matter is very well arranged and in some parts the explanation goes beyond the usual one. The textbook has its origin in lectures given by the author during many years at the Moscow University.
