The paper deals with a generalization of the classical theory of finitely additive measures of convex polytopes. An extensive chapter discusses fundamental facts of the theory of convex chains. Known results are proved in a stronger form by using techniques of integration based on Euler characteristic in the sense of O. Ya. Viro. Also a generalization of the notion of supporting functions is given.
