Shao, Z.; Rowland, J. R. Stability of time-delay singularly perturbed systems. (English) Zbl 0822.93062 IEE Proc., Control Theory Appl. 142, No. 2, 111-113 (1995). Summary: The stability of a linear time-invariant singularly perturbed system with time delay in slow states is discussed. A delay-independent sufficient condition for the stability bound is given, such that the stability of the full-order model can be inferred from the analysis of the corresponding reduced-order model in separate time scales. The perturbation on time delay is also considered. The significance of the results obtained is illustrated by several examples.
