Summary: For a control process governed by a differential equation a special controllability property is studied. We consider relay controls, that is, piecewise constant scalar controls whose absolute value is constant, and we give sufficient conditions for the controllability by means of relay controls with a minimum number of switches or with a constant amplitude.
