Buffington, James M.; Enns, Dale F. Lyapunov stability analysis of daisy chain control allocation. (English) Zbl 0869.93034 J. Guid. Control Dyn. 19, No. 6, 1226-1230 (1996). The paper considers the so-called saturated control in the case when many control functions are available. In this case, a rule is introduced in the control law allowing “daisy chain saturation”, i.e. some controls are maintained to zero up to the moment when others are saturated. Local stability is proved in a standard way using a quadratic Lyapunov function.
