Sci., Math. 45, No. 2, 163-169 (1997). The authors give an effective formula for the isolated intersection multiplicity of analytic curves in \(\mathbb{C}^m\) in terms of their parametrizations, generalizing the classical Zeuthen’s formula for plane curves. As an application they obtain an estimation of the Lojasiewicz exponent.
