Yu, Haibo; Nie, Zankan A discrete-time queueing system with multiserver. (Chinese. English summary) Zbl 1001.60098 J. Zhengzhou Univ., Nat. Sci. Ed. 33, No. 3, 28-32 (2001). Summary: A discrete-time queueing system with multiserver is studied. It is assumed that the arrival process of customers is a discrete Markovian arrival process, and there are \(c\) different servers in the system and the service times of each server follow phase type distributions. By using the theory of matrix-geometric solution, the stationary queue length distributions are obtained. Meanwhile, the stationary distributioin of queue length seen by an arriving customer and the mean waiting time are given.
