The paper concerns the existence, uniqueness and global attractivity of periodic solutions to neutral functional-differential equations with monotone semiflows. The proofs are based on the theory established by Wu and Freedman for monotone semiflow generated by neutral functional-differential equations and Krasnosel’skii’s fixed-point theorem. An example is given to explain the obtained results.
