Ivansson, Sven Compound-matrix Riccati method for solving boundary-value problems. (English) Zbl 1044.65065 ZAMM, Z. Angew. Math. Mech. 83, No. 8, 535-548 (2003). The author presents a new formulation of the Riccati method involving compound matrices. Using identities for the compound matrices he is able to reduce the amount of work needed. He gives an example. Reviewer: J. D. P.
