Burinskii, Alexander Axial stringy system of the Kerr spinning particle. (English) Zbl 1081.83016 Gravit. Cosmol. 10, No. 1-2(37-38), 50-60 (2004). A classical spinning particle is studied on the basis of the Kerr-Newman black hole solution. The Kerr geometry and the Kerr circular string are described. The author shows that the axial strings are Witten superconducting strings and describes their structure by a Higgs field model where the Higgs condensate is used to regularize the axial singularity.
