Pathak, Hemant Kumar; Shahzad, Naseer Gregus type fixed point results for tangential mappings satisfying contractive conditions of integral type. (English) Zbl 1167.54016 Bull. Belg. Math. Soc. - Simon Stevin 16, No. 2, 277-288 (2009). Summary: The notion of pair-wise tangential mappings, which is a generalization of mappings satisfying the (E.A) property, is introduced and used to prove a common fixed point theorem of Gregus type for a quadruple of self mappings of a metric space satisfying a strict general contractive condition of integral type. Our main result generalizes a recent result of A. Djoudi and A. Aliouche [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 329, No. 1, 31–45 (2007; Zbl 1116.47047)].
