Math. 29, No. 2, 269-295 (2010). The authors analyse an accelerated skew-Hermitian splitting (AHSS) preconditioner for the numerical solution of generalized saddle point systems. They prove that all eigenvalues of the preconditioned matrices are very clustered with any positive iteration parameters.
