Image disparity estimation based on fractional dual-tree complex wavelet transform: a multi-scale approach. (English) Zbl 1266.42086

The authors propose an efficient multi-scale image disparity estimation algorithm based on fractional dual-tree complex wavelet transform. This algorithm has both the advantage of speed, and sub-pixel estimation accuracy. Numerical experiments on realistic image sequences with Gaussian noise are also presented in the paper.
