Summary: The complete convergence for sequences of pairwise NQD random variables is discussed under generalized conditions by utilizing the Kolmogorov-type inequality for pairwise NQD random variables. A series of equivalence relations of the complete convergence are obtained. Furthermore, we obtain a complete convergence rate theorem for arbitrary random variables.
