Das, Shantanu Multiple Riemann sheet solution for dynamic systems with fractional differential equations. (English) Zbl 1348.34007 Int. J. Appl. Math. Stat. 28, No. 4, 83-89 (2012). Summary: Multiple Riemann sheet solutions are unavoidable in systems with Fractional Differential equation. An attempt is made here to show some puzzling aspects of obtaining the Multiple Riemann Sheet solution for a Fractional Differential equation, via classical higher transcendental function, and via contour integration through inverse Laplace of indicial polynomial. These two methods give different functional forms however, posses a query that if a system does not have roots inside the contour then the solution is what is obtained is the integration on the branch cut lines, represented as Bestimmte integrals!
