The cohesive model of a pre-fracture zone near the tip of the crack starting from the corner point of the broken interface. (Ukrainian, English) Zbl 1463.74025

Within the framework of a cohesive model, the authors propose a solution for the problem of calculating pre-fracture zone parameters in the connecting material at the end of an interfacial crack starting from the corner point of the broken interface of two different homogeneous isotropic materials. The zone is modeled by the displacement discontinuity line, on which the stresses satisfy the Mises-Hill fracture criterion. The equations for calculating the pre-fracture zone length and the phase stress angle in the zone are obtained as well as the expression for the crack opening at the tip.
