The paper is closely related to the previous part I (see the preceeding review) and contains a spectral sequence which may be considered as a \(\partial\)-refinement of the common Vinogradov sequence of differential equations. As an intermediate result, systems of differential equations generated by relations among derivatives up to a certain given order k are characterized in terms of homology.
