Czech translation of the original Polish article [Matematyka 32, 295-299 (1979)]. There are introduced (v,k,1)-block designs and there are presented some elementary properties of them. I must remark that many of the author’s statements of the known results and open problems on (v,k,1)-block designs and on ”regular planes” are not in order, what does not contribute to a good information of the matter.
