A remark on the paper of A. Tannenbaum. (English) Zbl 0556.14009
This note is an appendix to an article of A. Tannenbaum [ibid. 169- 183 (1984; see the preceding review)] where he analyses locally trivial embedded deformations of plane curves, pointing out an error of B. Segre. In the note this ”error” of Segre is computed in terms of basic invariants of the singularities which implies that the error is zero iff the curve has at most nodes and cusps as singularities.
