Supplement to ”Gauss-Manin system and mixed Hodge structure”. (English) Zbl 0561.32011

In a previous note [Proc. Japan Acad., Ser. A 58, 29-32 (1982; Zbl 0516.32012)], the author points out that the description of the limit Hodge filtration of Steenbrink associated to a holomorphic function with an isolated singularity, as given by Scherk, Steenbrink and Pham (preprints) is valid only after a unipotent base change. Here full details are given, in particular two examples are exhibited to show the need of a such base change.
