On a numerical solution of a type of singularly perturbed boundary value problem by using a special discretization mesh. (English) Zbl 0573.65064
The author uses a classical finite difference scheme on a non-uniform mesh to solve a nonlinear singularly perturbed boundary value problem. The discretization mesh is constructed in a special way. The method is shown to have the second order convergence, uniform in \(\epsilon\). A numerical example is solved to test the method.
