Domain decomposition approaches for mesh generation via the equidistribution principle. (English) Zbl 1253.65144
This paper is interested in moving mesh methods applied for solution of adaptive space-time solution of evolution problems. The domain decomposition used in order to allow parallel solution. The approach based on some Schwarz domain decomposition algorithms is used and the convergence of these algorithms is investigated and proven for PDE in one spatial dimension for classical transmission conditions. A parallel algorithm is presented and analyzed for time dependent (moving) grids and the numerical experiments are shown.
