On the geometry of vertical Weil bundles. (English) Zbl 1340.58003

The author deals with some general geometric properties of the fiber product preserving bundle functors. Special attention is given to the vertical Weil bundles [the author, P. Michor and J. Slovák, Natural operations in differential geometry. Berlin: Springer-Verlag (1993; Zbl 0782.53013)]. The next results concern the flow natural maps and prolongation of connections.
