The author gives two theorems on the strong limit behaviour of the fractions \(x_ t\) of balls of two colors in an urn with infinite volume under the condition that the increments of the number of balls are independent. Furthermore he gives a theorem on the weak limit behaviour of a related measure \(\mu_ n\).
