Some properties of lattice homomorphisms. (English) Zbl 0671.06004

From the abstract. Let L be a chain and K, \(K_ 1\) be lattices. The author shows that an isomorphism of the powers \(L^ K\), \(L^{K_ 1}\) does not imply an isomorphism of the lattices K, \(K_ 1\). In particular: for any lattice K there exists a distributive lattice \(K_ 1\) such that the ordered sets \(L^ K\), \(L^{K_ 1}\) are isomorphic.
