Summary: [For the entire collection see Zbl 0668.00019.] A new approach for defining boundary conditions for the Navier-Stokes equations in the vorticity formulation is defined which is suitable for implementation with a deterministic vortex method. A numerical illustration of the efficiency of this boundary condition is presented in the case of the simulation of a flow past a cylinder.
