The work presents a geometrical approach to the BRST formalism in supersymmetry. It is based on a concept of infinite-dimensional supermanifold whose base space is the configuration space of all classical fields. The effective action is a functional on the supermanifold and a system of vector fields is found which forms the Lie superalgebra. It is shown that using Gelfand’s formal geometry it is possible to describe the BRST formalism on the local level.
