A synthesis is considered for absorbing layered media, which possess a small reflexion in a broad spectral range. Properties of the coefficient of reflexion are studied for high and low frequencies. A series of results is obtained concerning the dependence of the reflecting properties of the media under consideration on their parameters. A method for numerical solution of the synthesis problem and some examples of the synthesis of broad-strip absorbing layered media are presented.
