The author studies inradii, outradii, incenter, and outcenter of those strongly connected digraphs whose underlying undirected graphs form cacti. The results are mainly negative: Examples are constructed which show that incenter and outcenter of those digraphs may be rather arbitrary. Moreover, outradius, inradius, as well as the difference between these numbers may assume every integer.
