Dependence of the rate of convergence of the method of discrete ordinates on the choice of the first node of a quadrature formula. (Russian) Zbl 0685.65126
The author considers a class of quadrature formulas in connection with uniform, pointwise and integral error estimates of approximations of the integral exponents. He studies the rate of convergence of the method of discrete ordinates for the solution of the transport equation and its dependence on the choice of the first node of the quadrature formula.
