Généralisation du schéma d’Osher pour le calcul d’écoulements de mélanges de gaz a concentrations variables et de gaz réels. (Generalization of the Osher scheme for calculating flows of mixed gases of variable concentrations, and of real gases). (French) Zbl 0688.76049
Summary: We begin by presenting a generalization of the Osher scheme for computing flows with the Euler equations, for flows of mixed, ideal nonreactive gases of spatially variable mass fractions. We then generalize this solver to the case of a real gas in equilibrium. The method is tested on the Riemann problem and an application to a jet problem is presented. The method is also tested on reactive flows: various shock tube problems and detached shock.
