Summary: This correction concerns the paper [ibid. 27, 87-95 (1982; Zbl 0491.62085)], and consists of deriving correct explicit formulas for MLE of parameters \(\mu\),\(\sigma\) of the normal distribution under the hypothesis \(\mu +c\sigma \leq m+\delta,\mu -c\sigma \geq m-\delta\).
