A full information pricing problem for the sale of several identical commodities. (English) Zbl 0704.90007
The author considers a full information pricing problem where k commodities of the same kind are for sale in a finite time interval and the seller has to fix a price, depending on the time t, for which he will sell a commodity at that time. For the case that potential customers arrive according to a Poisson process with known probabilities for accepting a certain price, an optimal price function and the maximal expected gain are characterized.
