Complete controllability and assignability of the spectrum in infinite- dimensional spaces. (Russian) Zbl 0704.93005
The complete controllability and the assignability of the spectrum in infinite-dimensional spaces are considered. Well known criterions for finite-dimensional linear systems are extended to infinite-dimensional cases. It is shown that in infinite-dimensional spaces the complete controllability does not imply the assignability of the spectrum of the system in any case.
