An adaptative method for local mesh refinement: The flux interface correction. (Une méthode adaptative de raffinement local: La correction du flux à l’interface.) (French. Abridged English version) Zbl 0755.65120

Summary: We present a new “Zoom” algorithm called flux interface correction, based on a concept of hierarchical multigrid local refinement. This method is tested on two examples of bidimensional elliptic problems. We then study the asymptotic evolution of the corresponding discrete norm of errors.
