On functions of bounded variation in higher dimensions. (English) Zbl 0757.26014
It was found for the functions \(f\) of bounded variation in higher dimensions that (unlike the case of \(f\) in one dimension) the support of \(f\) may have no interior and the product of two functions of bounded variation is not necessarily of bounded variation. Two examples are given.
